There is no Cannoli like Nonna’s Cannoli…
and we are sharing our Doris family recipe for Cannoli Cream just for you!
Ingredienti per una porzione:
- Per La Crema (For the Cream):
- 1 1/2 lbs Impastata (Ricotta)
- 9 oz powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
Procidimento:

Nonna always said- “anything taste good if you add some sugar to it” so Mix the Impasta with the Sugar.

Now it’s time to make it creamy- Pass the Impastata/Sugar blend through a sieve for that creamy mixture.

Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and orange extract and mix it all up.

Add mini-chocolate chips because what are cannoli’s without mini chocolate chips?
